The New Jersey Arts & Culture Renewal Fund led an insightful dinner discussion among participants who included artists, community leaders, individuals from the social services sector, arts and culture professionals and philanthropists. Ezra Ezzard, Managing Director of Crossroads Theatre Company and Melina Garcia, Founder and Executive Director of UCMP (United Children’s Music Project) shared their stories and lifted up the most pressing issues they are currently facing. Attendees explored urgent challenges in the non-profit sector and discussed how the community can collectively respond.
